And after the prequel’s success in the country, we are sure Deadpool 2 will have a fantastic run at the box office too. Critics across the world have been raving about the movie, some going on to say that it is not only better than the sequel, but even more entertaining than Avengers: Infinity War. With so much positivity around the film, we are sure it will have a good run at the box office. But can it beat these 5 feats that its prequel, Deadpool managed at the box office?

# Opening Day Collection: After generating a huge buzz, Deadpool opened very well when it released in 2016. And even after managing just a limited screen space and an A rating, the movie managed to rake in a fantastic collection of Rs 4.10 crore on the opening day. Deadpool 2 has reportedly managed a bigger screen space, it has a better buzz and also the franchise value will give it a boost. With that, we are sure Deadpool 2 will collect Rs 7 crore on day one and beat the prequel’s feat.

# Opening weekend collection: Deadpool witnessed a decent growth and was steady throughout the first weekend as it collected Rs 14.25 crore at the box office.
